ZillowVERIFIEDHeith and his team are excellent! They provided personalized service to meet our needs. We truly appreciated Heith's expertise throughout the process. We also want to acknowledge Brian, our personal agent, for his guidance and support, and Joy in the office for all of her assistance. Property Marketers is a fantastic operation that cares about you and your goals for finding and purchasing the right home.
ZillowVERIFIEDHeith Mohler of Property Marketers was highly communicative and made it super easy to sell my house. First, the pre-sales advice helped with getting the house ready for a sale and very likely increased the value as well. I found that anytime I had a question, I was able to call or text him and get an answer immediately. Their location on HWY 50 in Titusville is very easy to find and park, so doing business at their location is quick and easy. The office staff at their location were always professional and quick to help.
ZillowVERIFIEDHeith and his team were professional, knowledgeable, and completely professional. Discussed everything with us so we would have complete understanding. The home was marketed and sold in a very reasonable time frame. We highly recommend Property Marketers to anyone with property to sell. The showings were done with no inconvenience to us. The contract/closing process was thoroughly explained. Heith and his team receive full kudo's from us . I know of none any better. Thank you Heith . Don and Norma Carveiro

ZillowVERIFIEDOur experience with Heath Mohler has been exceptionally positive. He helped us to sell a property that appealed to only a small, niche market and his ideas helped connect us to just the right buyer. He knows what he's doing and he follows through, including keeping in touch about progress and strategy. whether buying or selling you couldn't find a better agent.
ZillowVERIFIEDOnly putting a one star because it makes you put something. Worst realtor I've ever come in contact with. Doesn't respond to you at all and has his office do all the talking and even then they don't know what's going on. Beware don't list your house with him because he won't respond to the people interested in the home. I
ZillowVERIFIEDI recently purchased a short sale home. Heith was my realtor and he did an excellent job. Short sales can be very frustrating and long, but he constantly kept me updated on the progress and any time I had a question, he was quick to respond. He would not leave me waiting and wondering. I highly recommend him and would hire him again.
ZillowVERIFIEDA great realtor who knows his trade, an agent who has a heart and soul for his client! I considered myself lucky to have him as my agent because he never gave me up until I got what I wanted. He is highly recommended for all who dream a dream house because he will move heaven and earth to make your dream comes true.
