ZillowVERIFIEDThere are no words that can describe how wonderful Heidi Walton is! She successfully handled the sales of my rental property in June 2024 and my personal residence in March 2026. Her expertise, communication skills, honesty and friendliness are unmatched. She guided me through the entire processes and answered my questions along the way, while always keeping what was in my best interest as a top priority. No matter what time of the day I called Heidi, she would always answer the phone. I was never placed on hold or had to wait to have my questions answered. I found that to be very refreshing. The sale of my personal residence was quite impressive. I handed Heidi my house keys the day before I moved 1500 miles away. She managed the entire sale on her own, while also taking on all responsibilities for my home. For example, the movers tracked dirt on the floor and rugs, so she took it upon herself to mop and vacuum. Heidi checked that my driveway was snowplowed, and would even shovel the entryway each time it snowed. She removed a few trash bags that I left behind the day I moved, kept an eye on my heat and fuel tank, while also checking my mailbox. She wanted everything to be right in order to receive top dollar for my home. I highly recommend Heidi for anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

ZillowVERIFIED I requested Heidi's assistance with the sale of my home in Gilmanton, NH due to her extensive knowledge of the area and the number of homes she had listed and sold previously. As this was a second home for me, Heidi and I interacted exclusively through email and telephone. She always made herself available and went the extra mile in getting my house sold. Heidi is extremely fluent in the NH real estate laws and provided expert advice throughout the process. I highly suggest using Heidi whether you are buying or selling a home in NH. She is the ultimate professional and an excellent real estate agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Heidi Walton has sold three properties for us, She is absolutely the best realtor we have ever met.She is extremely knowledgeable, professional in all aspects of real-estate. She sold a business for us in no time flat, when a business realtor said it was going to take at least 18 months, she did it in 3 months.

ZillowVERIFIED Very knowledgeable, Aggressive at trying to find the home your looking for and she makes sure everything is written in to protect you. She stays in contact with you. Heidi is the only realtor we would use. She helped us find our home in 2006 and buy land in 2022 and she will be selling our current home after our new one is built.

ZillowVERIFIED Walton Realty is an exceptional company. Heidi has sold multiple homes for myself and my family and also helped us to purchase our dream home. She recently helped me to sell my mother's home for her. It has been a hard time for my family after losing my father. My mother suffers from dementia and Heidi went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable with the process. I am impressed by Heidi's level of knowledge of the market. She advised me when an offer was not in my mother's best interest. She was always available when I had a question and she always had our best interest in mind. She spends time and effort into making sure you have all the information needed to make informed decisions. I would strongly recommend Walton Realty to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Their attention to detail and level of dedication to their clients is outstanding!

ZillowVERIFIED I am an out of state owner and had an investment property in NH that I wanted to cash out of. I interviewed many realtors trying to find the right fit and it was not going well. Most wanted the quick sale and did not provide the service level I wanted. Once I talked to Heidi I knew I found the right person. She was extremely knowledgeable about the area. She came out to the propertyFor a walk though and gave me a list price that was reasonable and backed by data as well as years of knowledge about the area. I listed with her and never looked back. Process was flawless. Heidi is amazing and I will be calling her next time I am buying a place in NH.

ZillowVERIFIED Heidi is the most knowledgeable, thorough, honest, attentive and professional Realtor I have ever met. We were a cash buyer of a home where Heidi represented us. The seller's realtor, in our opinion was dishonest on numerous occasions, unprepared, didn't properly relay messages to the seller and lacked sufficient knowledge of real estate transactions. A question came up about an unreleased mortgage on the property during Title inspection. The seller's realtor asked the seller to go "dig through bins in storage" to find the title insurance (which would have caused ANOTHER in a long string of delays). Instead, Heidi made a few phone calls and within 30 minutes had the resolution well under way. We are so thankful we had Heidi to represent us because every time this purchase went off the rails she was there to explain, provide options, resolved problems quickly and effectively and kept the sale moving. She fully apprised us of everything we would need to do so there were never any surprises from her. Heidi pays attention to the smallest details and knows what to look for in a home. Going above expectations is exactly how Heidi does business every day. We haved worked with her previously and will always use her for any future real estate transaction. We highly recommend Heidi Walton.
