Heidi was very responsive and professional during the process of purchasing this property. The property I purchased was not the original one that I had inquired about. She suggested that I also look at this other property as well, which turned out to be better for me. I had a lot of questions regarding the purchase of land and she was prompt to respond and find the answers to my questions.

My husband and I were looking for a prospective home or property to build for my mother in-law. While we decided on a different route, Heidi was very helpful during the process of looking. She was always easily reached and quick to respond to texts or calls. She sent detailed emails for each prospective property we found or she found for us making the process more efficient by only viewing homes that met our needs. She listened well to our desired and required features and in a rather narrow market (for what we needed) found two homes that were as close to perfect as you can get. While I can?t rate her negotiation skills as we decided not to buy at this time, I am confident that she would rank just as highly. I would recommend Heidi Buchert to anyone.
