ReviewHeidi was very knowledgeable about the process of buying a home. I was from out of state and she was extremely helpful with virtually touring homes and obtaining information on homes. Heidi went above and beyond to get everything necessary for the sale of my home. She was willing to drive to the house again to get pictures for a necessary report to help me save money. Heidi went out of her way multiple times to make sure I found what was I was looking for and what I could afford. I would highly recommend.

We hit a snag with the first title company and once she realized something wasn't right, she switched companies and we were closed within a week. I love the fact that she followed up with us after everything. She made us feel very comfortable.

Review I am very satisfied with the services Heidi provided in purchasing commercial real estate. This was my first commercial purchase and her first commercial sale. There were special circumstances that existed with the purchase that made me a nervous buyer. However, Heidi was able to answer all my questions and assist me with pursuing and completing all the necessary steps in order to protect my investment. She maintained professionalism when dealing with some of the challenges we faced in completing due diligence before closing. In the end, we were able to satisfy our objectives and were able to close on the sale early. Closing went smoothly.
