I’ve had the privilege of helping over 500 families across Southwest Florida. Because I relocated here myself, I work closely with out-of-state buyers who need extra guidance navigating the move. I started my career as an appraisal trainee, which gave me a strong foundation in valuing homes accurately. My experience working with Heidi was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Communication was consistently poor throughout the process. She failed to show the house when requested and instead pushed that responsibility onto another agent, which immediately set the tone. After both of our visits, there was no follow-up at allaEUR"no check-in, no feedback, and no guidance on next steps.. More concerning, she completely missed the email containing our second offer, which caused unnecessary delays and confusion. Eventually, I was able to get in direct contact with the seller (who she was representing), who seemed largely unaware of what was happening on the negotiation sideaEUR"something that should never occur with proper representation. When information was requested, it was often inaccurate, and I frequently had to go directly to the seller to get clarity. Despite initially agreeing that we would proceed unrepresented, Heidi later attempted to include a broker fee on the closing statement. It was only corrected after the closing agent clarified that this charge was an aEURoeaccidentaEUR? on Heidi's part and should have been on the sellers side. Overall, the experience lacked professionalism, accountability, and basic communication. I would not recommend working with Heidi.
