After having that information she was able to come back with different strategies in terms of pricing, staging and showing. She provided a great amount of detail in terms of the pros and cons of each, which helped my wife and I choose one that we were confident in. Throughout the entire process Heidi was professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. This was my third time as a new home buyer and she was absolutely fantastic and made the buying process so simple and stress free as it could be. She tried to take off my plate what she could and gave me great referrals when and where I needed them. Heidi was always available when I would send her text messages, emails or voicemails. She was always so responsive no matter what day of the week or time of day. She was excellent in the communication and so professional with both myself, the buyer, and the seller.
