ZillowVERIFIED Heidi was key to our quick success of our home purchase in Liberty Grove near Sister Bay. We knew we needed to act fast in this high-demand sellers market when most properties had accepted offers within a few days of listing. She was ready to go at moments notice to schedule our showing. And soon after crafted the winning offer with excellent guidance to cover our concerns while balancing with the sellers requests. Once we had accepted offer, she helped with the entire inspection process and worked through all uncertainties that are common with most purchase transactions. She was always available at a moments notice when we needed her. Thank you, Heidi, for an excellent buying experience!

ZillowVERIFIED We loved working with Heidi. She always had our best interest in mind; even when we found the house we loved (and eventually bought), she helpfully suggested that we pause and consider the long-term needs of our growing family. Heidi was patient in answering our (many) questions and always made herself available to show us homes. As non-local buyers, we appreciated her knowledge of the Door County market. We highly recommend working with Heidi!

ZillowVERIFIED I listed my 5 bedroom house on Lake Michigan at the end of the summer, I didn't expect it to sell until the spring. To my shock and delight it went under contract in 41 days. I'm convinced the only agent that could have accomplished this is Heidi Neubauer.

ZillowVERIFIED After contacting another realtor who said they were just aEURoetoo busyaEUR? to work with us (we were buying a small house for our daughter)...we found the house and Heidi happened to be the realtor. She was wonderful, always willing to spend time answering questions, taking extra time before closing to meet us at the house to get measurements, celebrating with us when the seller accepted our offer. She was there for us when we needed her never making us feel that she was, aEURoetoo busyaEUR?. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a home in the area.

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Heidi to purchase our first home in Door County, when we moved up here from out of state, and again a few years later when we had outgrown the first home. We took her on a wild goose chase to find a new home that fit us better, which took over 2 years of searching--- and always, Heidi was both professional and caring. She was always accommodating, even when I'm sure she was tired of showing us houses! :-) Would love to work with her again anytime, and would highly recommend her to anyone!
