ZillowVERIFIEDHeidi was recommended to us by a friend and were so glad we chose her to be our realtor. As first time home buyers we had very little knowledge of all the ins and outs of the process, but luckily she specializes in first time home buying. She answered any and all questions and we felt truly supported the entire time! She was always proactive and went above and beyond in her negotiations. She gave us the realistic advice we needed it and knew when to keep pushing sellers vs when to concede. Not to mention she has great relationships with lenders and service providers (AC, roof etc). We enjoyed working with Heidi as she keeps the process as stress free as possible. Thanks, Heidi!!

ZillowVERIFIED I cant recommend Heidi and her team enough! After dealing with two previous realtors who did very little to help with selling my house (one even suggested listing it for $15K less than what it ended up selling for), Heidi was a complete game-changer. From the very first meeting, I could tell she was different. She came fully prepared, had all the necessary information ready, and told me straight up that she wouldn't let me undersell my property. She was armed with comps and a clear value plan, which immediately gave me the confidence I needed. She didnt waste any timeaEUR"scheduling professional photos and getting the house on the market as soon as possible. The result? My house was sold in just 30 days. The entire process was smooth, organized, and stress-free, and I could always count on Heidi and her team for clear communication every step of the way. She gave me the peace of mind I was looking for throughout the whole selling process. I'm beyond grateful for Heidi and her professionalism. She truly knows her stuff and made selling my home a positive experience. If you're looking to sell, I highly recommend working with her!

ZillowVERIFIED Absolutely thrilled with the service provided by Heidi Littleton! From the moment we met, it was clear that we were in expert hands. Heidi's knowledge of the Phoenix market is strong, and her keen eye for detail made the home-buying process so much easier. Heidi were always available to answer our questions, no matter how small, and made us feel completely at ease with her friendly and professional demeanor. She went above and beyond, providing insightful advice and negotiating fiercely on our behalf. Thanks to our her efficiency and proactive approach, the entire process was smooth and stress-free. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and would highly recommend Heidi as a realtor to anyone looking to make a move in the real estate market. ZillowVERIFIED Heidi is probably the best in the business!! Our family needed to sell our current home and have clear communication with buying our second home in another state. Heidi made sure to always stay on top of what was happening and always kept us informed. She broke down our best options which was so helpful. We had lots of questions and Heidi always made time and answered our calls or text immediately. Heidi is an amazing realtor and I would recommend her to all our friends and family.

ZillowVERIFIED We liked Heidi from the start. She really listens to what you want and always puts her clients first. She remained positive and reassuring, even when I was doubtful. It's a tough market but in the end, we had 2 offers accepted, thanks to her excellent skills. She also helped out tremendously with the inspection process and always communicated with us, which eased the closing process. We are very happy.

ZillowVERIFIED We were very fortunate to meet Heidi. She was very inviting and professional from the moment we met her. She did not judge our credit or financial situation which meant alot to us and from there she built rapport and became more engaged to help us get our first home. It was a very stressful process before she stepped in. Even family members that are realtors couldn't do what she did for us. We have added a new friend in our lives and we will forever be great-full for her assistance. I would recommend her to everyone I know.

ZillowVERIFIED Working as a mortgage banker I have many relationships with real estate agents around the valley, and when it came time to select an agent to help with my own new home purchase, Heidi was the natural choice. She's intelligent, responsive, knowledgeable, and helped me find the perfect home in the neighborhood I wanted to be in. The appraisal came back higher than the purchase price, a testament to her ability to negotiate. Time and time again I've seen her deliver world class results for her clients. If I can trust her to help with my new home, you can too!
