I mostly help first-time buyers, relocating families, and dual-income couples who want expert guidance without the pressure. A lot of my clients are buying new construction or moving to Phoenix from out of state — and they want someone who can break things down clearly, advocate for them, and make the whole process feel less overwhelming (and actually fun).
I recently helped a young couple relocating from Chicago buy their very first home and it was new construction. They were nervous about buying from afar, but we FaceTimed through every walkthrough, I coordinated with the builder, and kept them in the loop every step of the way.
At closing, they told me it felt like they had a friend on the ground in Phoenix the whole time. That’s the goal…making big moves feel less scary and way more exciting.
It actually wasn’t until we bought our fourth house that I realized how little I still knew and how unsupported I felt. Our agent didn’t guide us, didn’t advocate for us, and once we moved in… it was radio silence.
After getting my license, I quickly realized she hadn’t had our best interest in mind and I never wanted another buyer to feel that way.
So I took the leap into real estate, leaned hard into education, and now I help other buyers feel informed, confident, and fully supported from day one. It’s the best job I never knew I’d love this much.
