Working with Jenny was a pleasure. Being a newcomer to the home buying scene, I was anxious and skeptical, and I really wanted to work with a realtor who I felt comfortable with. Jenny is calm, professional, and always provided all information that made us confident in whether to pass up or make an offer. When it came to the house we ended up buying, Jenny was able to communicate our interest in purchasing the extra land adjacent to the house (also owned by seller) although it was currently not on market. But because of Jennys hard work and inquiries, the seller agreed to sell us the extra land as well. Throughout this whole process she has done everything for us so that all I had to worry about was being on time. I also am very grateful with the kindness and love she showed to our children. We often brought our two little ones to the showings, and Jennys presence was like having an auntie there to keep an eye on the kids while we were able to look through the house. I was hoping that whoever our realtor was would be good with children, and Jenny did not disappoint. She greeted our children with hugs, answered their interesting little questions, and made sure they did not get hurt or into trouble. She even bought them each a little gift bag with things she knew they liked from taking the time to get to know them. Jenny made this process what it should be; exciting, happy, informative and easy. She is a hard worker and excellent realtor, and I would highly recommend her to anyone I know.
