Heidi Lequerique is a Cooper City native who has been in the Real Estate Industry for the past 20 years. She has worked in every facet of the industry from a mortgage underwriter with Washington Mutual Bank to her most recent position as a Paralegal for one of South Florida's top Real Estate Attorneys. She has specialized in high end residential and commercial closings as well as short sale negotiations and foreclosure proceedings making her a uniquely valuable and experienced asset for her clients.
