As if the sale wasn't enough, she guided us though the whole process and never left us out of the loop. Additionally, Heidi went over and above to see that ours and the buyer's needs/requests were met. She arrived at solutions, discussed them with us and acted on our decisions. Just remarkable!For example, we had done a modification to a second bedroom; created a small closet and used the original closet space to house a computer desk, etc. Heidi informed potential buyers that we were willing to restore the original closet. Heidi found the company to do this, worked with the buyer to select the closet and saw that it was installed and was acceptable to all parties. Just incredible!
