Heidi was gracious enough to complete phone calls around my work schedule and even made accommodations due to the time difference. Buying a condo was a brand-new experience for me. Heidi was very patient. Heidi worked with me until she knew I understood the process and walked me through it step by step. Heidi is extremely knowledgeable and familiar with the area we purchased our condo. We had a very short timeframe in which to close on the purchase without incurring significant transition expense. She took the time to understand our needs and then used her area knowledge to provide information on many options before we arrived so that our tour of homes super efficient. We had our new home selected and under contract in less than a week and we did not feel rushed. Issues with the buyer of our previous home had the potential to derail our purchase but Heidi deftly made sure we kept the purchase on track. We moved on our original date. Thanks Heidi!

While we understand that a rental earns a realtor much less in comission compared to buying, Heidi never made us feel less important than any of her other clients. She was always available to answer any of our questions and worked with our busy schedules so that we could see numerous properties. She was very quick with emailing documents back and forth to us.
