We had a wonderful experience working with Heidi. As we were relocating to the area, she was incredibly patient in showing us different neighborhoods and helping us understand the nuances of each. Heidi is a strong advocate for her clients and an excellent negotiator who truly represents your best interests. We ultimately decided on a newer build, and she guided us step by step through the entire process. Her deep knowledge of the market gave us confidence every step of the way. Jamie, her Director of Operations, is also fantastic. She is reliable, organized, and on top of every detail. Together, they made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth, supported, and well-managed.

Honest. Responsive. Efficient. Heidi gave us a realistic idea of what she expected our home to sell for, and indeed, it sold at the top end ($50,000 above appraisal) in less than a week! Could not be more satisfied with her listing our home and staying on top of the process through the sale to closing.

Living in Texas and trying to buy a retirement home in Asheville felt like a daunting task until we met Heidi. She has been more than a realtor/advisor - she has become a friend. She's bright, knowledgeable, friendly, and go's WAY BEYOND what I ever expected from a realtor. Not only has she done an excellent job of helping us navigate the local market and negotiate on real estate, but she helped us locate a property manager and a variety of contractors to perform restoration work. She has loads of experience wiht out-of-town buyers and property rental in the Asheville market (in case you are thinking about renting a 2nd home). She's been awesome to work with and is an exemplary representative of the Beverly Hanks real estate agency. If you need someone you can trust in Asheville, look no further. Through no fault of Heidi's, my wife/I decided not to close on a home in Biltmore Forest in favor of a smaller cottage -- so we are excited to work with her to get the deal done!

Heidi served as the dual agent for the purchase of my first home, and I could not have asked for a better organized, or more efficient Realtor. The entire process, from listing to closing, took 35 days, during which Heidi was always available and exceptionally helpful. I would highly recommend working with Heidi.

I knew that I wanted Heidi DuBose without having to interview any other agents. When I looked up her profile and record, the pictures of her listings were wonderful. The homes all looked staged whether they were $150,000 or $ 500,000. That plus her sales record of homes sold recently, and the fact that her homes did not stay on MLS very long, and that there were little to no price reductions made me realize that she knew what she was doing and priced the homes correctly to sell fast despite the currant market. It was a complete pleasure from start to finish working with Heidi. I cannot say enough good things about her. She had wonderful ideas, ready resources, and did not waste time making things happen. We were staged, photographed and on MLS promptly. Our house sold in one day and very close to our asking price! What other proof does one need? :-) She made herself available to us 24/7 and was always prompt to return messages. I am grateful for her willingness to go the extra mile to help. She provided emotional therapy at times as well! :-)I just want to Thank You for a seamless experience with a wonderful Agent. She was a sweetie who helped us out immensely. I highly recommend her!"

Heidi was extremely well-informed on the different areas we wanted to explore and a pleasure to work with. She expertly guided us based on our wish-list and had very helpful suggestions and insights on different houses and location. We were coming from Pennsylvania looking for a home in WNC and she was always available by phone or email to help. Heidi was quick to understand the type of unique house we were looking for and very patient as we explored many homes before finding the right one. She continues to be very involved as we move towards closing.

If you want to sell your home in a timely manner and receive the best possible out come that best meets your needs then Heidi is by far the best way to go!! My fiance and I moved for a promotion and needed to sell our home fast without taking a major to our finances. Now let be the first one to tell you this task seemed impossible until I met with Heidi for the first time. Our home was only 4 years old and beautiful however at the time you could start building a new home in the same development for the same price. So we were worried naturally we had a hard road ahead of us, Heidi made that feeling ease right away. Heidi did not try to give me false hope or discouragement. She gave me all the information about homes around us and what our options could be. From start to finish Heidi was wonderful, prompt in every way, creative with any ideas or knowledge to help, communicating fast with any concern or questions and best of all 100% compassionate in helping with all the details of our needs in selling our home. I will tell you I met with 7 different agents and I truly without a doubt know that we would not have been able to sell our home without Heidi DuBose!!! Thank you very much Heidi, it would have been impossible without you..

I highly recommend Heidi Dubose. She was above and beyond professional, knowledgable and prompt through every step of our home buying experience. We were still living in California when we bought our home in Asheville and even with the time difference and the distance between us she was always available. She explained everything and answered every question we had. We were first time buyers and she was an expert guide. Even now that we have relocated Heidi has been in touch, acquainting us with the new area and checking in on our new home. Heidi is a true professional who does her job very well and has a wonderful personality. We couldn't have asked for a better agent!

Heidi is an experienced agent with a vast understanding of comparable home prices and a great sense of the current market. She expertly showed us how to prioritize home improvements to get the most return and knew exactly how to market our home for quick sale. Most importantly to me was how available Heidi was every step of the way no matter how small the detail. Heidi is a wonderful, knowledgeable and highly capable realtor and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.

Heidi Dubose is an amazing realtor, who not only knows the area really well, but takes into account each client's needs. When we first contacted Heidi it was via the internet (email). Not only was she honest about neighborhoods, cost, needs, etc., she went above and beyond to find us the 'perfect' home AND from a distance. This has led to the sale of our property, my sister's property, parents, friends, etc.. I would highly recommend Heidi if you are looking to buy and/or sell! She is an extremely passionate realtor!Dave and Teresa Gance Asheville, NC
