The house was part of an estate and this presented its own set of challenges for the sale. And of course the quarantine that occurred shortly after listing was difficult. Nonetheless, Heidi was undeterred by these challenges and stuck with us through to the sale of the house. She worked with us to navigate the estate process. She coached us on the sale during the quarantine, connected us to the right support people in Abilene, provided valuable expertise on how to efficiently prepare the house for sale, and worked closely with the buyer's agent to help match the house to the buyer's needs. Most notedly, she diligently advocated for us during the estate and sale process. I am glad to have worked with and gotten to know Heidi during this sale and I would highly recommend her and her agency.

ZillowVERIFIED We contacted Heidi through Zillow to show us a house and the rest you could say is history. We just closed on our awesome property that Heidi found for us. Before that, we had spent countless miles and hours (5 months) looking for the "perfect" home for our family and Heidi was with us every step of the way! We thought we had found our home after a month looking. That house fell through on the appraisal, but Heidi was our encouragement. She assured us that she was going to work even hard to finds the right home. It may have taken longer than expected, but Heidi never gave up on us and we stuck with her because she treated us like family. ZillowVERIFIED When I first got stationed at Fort Riley...it was the heat of the battle. No time to research...bought out of 'need'. When I left, the house became a rental. With all rentals....ya take the good with the bad. Well enough. Put the place up for sale and....na da. Retirement right around the corner...reduced the price. Retirement here. OH dang. Well, I slipped back to see what was going on. A very good friend said "You have the wrong Realtor.". Second time around my friend looked me in the eye and said call this number. Heidi and her crew were responsive and understood my grief. New pictures, new 'slant' on the write up and about 60 days later....an offer. A quick haggle and SOLD. All in all...Abilene was a great place for my daughter to grow and go to school. Happy wife because away from Post and drama. Should I ever find my way back (not really, I am in Hawaii) Heidi gets a lunch and dinner on me....she is a good, honest person and a realist.
