I appreciated that when an original offer came in he totally supported my choice to not accept and was then successful in negotiating a higher offer and sale. He is very familiar with the market and handled every detail perfectly. When requested he advised me on whether to remodel or sell as is. His judgment turned out to be right on and I did not invest any money in upgrading yet yielded a strong sale price. Hector is very personable and I thoroughly enjoyed working with him.
