ZillowVERIFIEDIt would be difficult to find too many positive things to say about Hector. Our home in Fountain Hills had been on the market for 6 months. There were some walk throughs, but not a single offer. Frustrated, we took it off the market fur a few months, and then looked for another agent. Enter Hector. He was knowledgeable, diplomatic, and very hard working. He didn't promise to sell the home for a million dollars just to get the listing. He had practical advice on pricing, staging, and negotiating. Hector sold our home in less than one week. During the process he was very responsive- we knew where we were at every stage. I can't recommend Hector highly enough If you need an agent to help you sell your home. He restored my faith in real estate agents!

ZillowVERIFIED Hector was very knowledgeable and helped us navigate the market in Arizona from afar. We were selling a condo in Surprise and live in Missouri. Hector went above and beyond in all aspects of the sale. Hector kept us updated on all the showings. He helped negotiate the sale and all the follow up inspections. This was a big help to us since we were out of state. I would recommend Hector for anyone needing a real estate agent. Bill & DeAnne

ZillowVERIFIED April 20, 2022 As owners and investors, who have purchased and sold many homes over the years, we both have dealt with a myriad of real estate agents and in various markets nationwide. IDEAL AGENTs program, as represented by Hector Hernandez, Realtor resulted in the best experience either of us have known. Our home was under contract days after posting our aEUR~Coming Soon sign and resulted in an offer 35k over listing price, allowing us nearly 2 months free rent before we need to relocate. In consideration of the many factors that go into the huge decision to sell a home and prepare to move, Hectors representation contributed to us saving thousands in commissions and overall costs. Anyone, who is thinking about selling their home, should not hesitate to get in touch with Hector Hernandez, a friendly, focused professional (an IDEAL AGENT), who clearly represented our needs above all! Thank you, Hector! CLOSED & GETTING READY TO MOVE, Michael & Lorraine Sullivan

ZillowVERIFIED I received a call from Hector while shopping at Fry's. I normally do not answer but something said pick this one up. It was the best thing I did during the process of finding an agent to handle the sale of my home. He made the process so easy on me every step of the way. He answered all my questions regarding the process and took the load off my back. My home was basically sold on the first and only date of showing. If you are selling or buying a home, please make it easy on yourself. Call on Hector Hernandez at The Kelly Cook Real Estate Group. You won't be disappointed. Thank you Hector

ZillowVERIFIED Last year I drove down a street in Fountain Hills, close to where I was living at the time....there was a For Sale sign that was just put up on a property there that I used to pass by as I when I used to run. I called the number on the sign just for information purposes really. I eventually booked a time with the realtor to see the property. I was happy with where I was living but I was so interested in that place so I thought I should just check it out...I NEVER bought a property before then and NEVER worked with a Real Estate Agent on my own. What happened next???? Well at 60 some years of age I ended up ( falling in love with that property) selling and buying two places and I worked with an AMAZING realtor named Hector (Luis) Hernandez. He was the guy I called from the Real Estate For Sale Sign. I had no idea what a stellar Real Estate Agent he would be. Absolutely LOVE Hector and he worked miracles to get me the price I wanted to sell and the price I wanted to buy....Thank you, Hector, for helping me reinvent myself due to your guidance and knowledge in the real estate market!!!!!!!!!!!!! You did an amazing job for me and I could not be happier!!

ZillowVERIFIED From start to finish the process went very smoothly, virtually painless. Our realtor Hector Hernandez quickly became our friend. Even though he is young, he is motivated, driven and very knowledgeable. I have no doubt he will be very successful in life. He was there literally every step of the way to the point where we thanked his wife for letting us borrow him lol. He would take and answer calls from early morning to late evening. Hector explained every part of the process as it occurred which helped us to feel more at ease. The folks at Kelly Cook were very good about sending us documents that we could often e-sign which saved us a lot of time. I HIGHLY recommend Hector and the team at Kelly Cook. You wont be disappointed. A heartfelt thank you to all who were involved in the process of helping my wife and I purchase our home.

ZillowVERIFIED This agent who we know as aEURoeHectoraEUR? is fantastic. He was always willing and able to show us properties when it was convenient for us. He organized 6-7 properties at a time to use our time efficiently. He never made us feel we had to buy quickly. Always smiling and upbeat. We enjoyed his company.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Hector was a great experience. He went above and beyond his real estate duties, helped my current bilingual renter look and find a place to live so we could have the property vacant for a quick sale. Very responsive and helped explained all the confusing contracts and real estate stuff that i didn't know. I will recommend him and his team to all my family and friends.
