It was great working with Hector. He was very professional and was able to meet our needs in my mom selling her home from out of state. We were able to handle all paperwork via email and apps on our electronic devices. No trips from out of state were required except to clean the house out. This was very convenient for everyone involved. I would recommend Hector. He really does have your best interest at heart. We were often low-balled in offers by out of state investors and he did not lot that slide. He was there to work for my mom and what was in her best interest. Thank you Hector.
