Review If I could give Heather 10 stars I would and she would deserve every single one. So fortunate to have found her! I bought my first condo with her as my realtor in 2013 and my second with her in 2024. Both times she had my back. Both developed a complicated event that can often appear during a closing - one had a last-minute assessment from the association, and the other a low appraisal but with her expertise in negotiations she solved each one far beyond my expectations. She?s so knowledgeable in every aspect needed for a successful closing plus has great recommendations for important needs during and after the closing. I can?t emphasize enough how much I would recommend Heather Witte for buyers who need someone they can trust to know the ends and outs of everything needed in buying a home and to see it through successfully. Not only is Heather friendly and easy to reach any time, she is smart, very detailed oriented and easy to understand in regards to sales and purchase and Texas Law. Heather will go above and beyond to meet your needs with clear and factual advice. Heather connected me to an amazing Title company and assisted with my finance of the home I chose in Lago Vista Texas. After this purchase Heather also assisted me with 2 separate land purchases that has essentially kept my home in Lago private and enhanced the worth of my main home property. Heather really cares about her clients and I would not go to another realtor here in Texas.

We were first-time homeowners with no real idea of what we were doing. Heather helped us through every step of the home purchasing process. Fast forward 9 years and when we got ready to sell our first home we didnt think twice about who our realtor would be. We were in a fast sell situation as I was scheduled to move for a new job out of state. Again, Heather was there through every step of the process. She helped guide us on how to best stage our home, she connected us with a realtor to where we were moving, and she negotiated offers to help make sure we got the best deal possible. Review Recently, we wanted to sell our home in Georgetown, TX. We thought that we had a unique set of issues that would need to be addressed and wanted a real estate agent that would be able to address those issues. As it turned out, our issues of concern were easily resolved. However, during the closing process, Heather rose to resolve challenges that were not resolved by the buyers or buyer?s agent. Heather was very resourceful in resolving those challenges. The buyers should have fired their agent and compensated Heather for her diligent in completing the contract with only a very minor delay in closing. I would recommend Heather Witte with Witte Group @ eXp Reality for her market knowledge, expertise and professionalism.

Review Heather took us through the entire process of buying our dream home with an unbelievable combination of expertise and warmth. We came to rely not only on her knowledge of the market and her judgment regarding various listings and locations, but upon her knowledge of what qualities we were looking for in a home. She was always a text or a call away, she answered all of our questions thoroughly and patiently (even when we asked the same ones repeatedly and forgot the answers!), and when the right time and property showed up, she knew exactly what to do. We entered the market during an *extremely* competitive time, and Heathers guidance got our offer considered and eventually accepted! Not only that, but our offer she recommended matched the appraisal within double digits. We were blown away. Did I mention that she coordinated with our lender the whole time, so that we were pre-approved from the get-go? And that she steered us through a tricky closing process (COVID-19!!) and still checks in on us a month after closing? Heather is our hero--we couldnt have asked for anyone better by a long shot!

Review Ive used Heather three times now, twice to buy a home and once to sell a home. She sold my home very quickly and got me a great price. She was very responsive and constantly on top of things, and offered great advice when I had multiple competing offers. One of the purchases was a builder spec home, and Heather negotiated a great deal (lower closing costs and they threw in a fridge). The second was a custom build, and Heather helped navigate that process and make the entire experience easy and pleasant. I highly recommend Heather to anyone looking for a realtor in Austin.

She always made herself available to answer all of my questions. She gave me lots of helpful advice and provided numerous resources to help me prepare my house for listing She checked up on me regularly to make sure everything was going smoothly with repairs and preparations. I couldnt be more pleased with the listing she posted online. The photographs were absolutely beautiful. She really knows how to bring out the best qualities in your home and maximize the value in your property. Heather was very involved with all the showings. She always had my best interests in mind when answering questions. She provided all of the rental agreements and ran all the background checks on prospective tenants. She even went the extra mile when i was out of state to personally make sure my house was ready for my new tenants. Heather is professional, hardworking, and thorough.
