ZillowVERIFIEDShe is a realtor who practices the highest standards and ethics. She will show you as many properties as it takes to meet your needs. She grew up here and is very familiar with the entire coast. She has been my agent on two occasions and I hope soon to increase that number. She totally earns her fee.

ZillowVERIFIED To say that Heather is an amazing agent would be a terrible understatement. I met Heather by chance while looking at a HUD owned property. She was very knowledgeable about the property and ins and outs of dealing with HUD. Even though I was out bid on the property, I decided to stick with Heather. She was upfront and honest on every property I looked at and spent countless hours and miles showing me 482 homes until I found the one. The thing that impressed me most about her was how she didnt treat me any differently than someone buying a house with a higher value. I was looking at fixer uppers in the $30-40k range which meant a lower commission for her. Not one time did I feel like I wasnt worth her time. I appreciate everything she did for me and highly recommend her to anyone seeking a real estate agent or broker. If I decide to sell, itll be with Heather!

ZillowVERIFIED I've known Heather for many years now and she's got immense knowledge of the gulf coast area as she's a local and grew up here. Qualities like local area knowledge, finding the right home, negotiating a great deal, quick response time are just some of her many faceted qualities. Heather should be the first choice for anyone looking to buy/sell homes on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

ZillowVERIFIED Heather has been my realtor twice and both times, she has gone above an beyond in making sure I understood every part of the process. She is honest and will let you know if she foresees an issue and do everything she can to help overcome it. Heather was always available to talk with me or meet with me. She truly works for you. I wouldn't recommend any other realtor to my friends or family.

ZillowVERIFIED We first contacted Heather about 6 months prior to our move. She spent over an hour on the phone with us, answering the many questions we had about Ocean Springs. Heather was very proactive in helping us find a home that would meet our needs. She was able to tell us something about each neighborhood that we looked in. She worked well with our lender to make sure our purchase went well. We bugged Heather a lot with questions varying from questions about the purchase of our home to recommendations for places to eat. Heather never once made us feel like we were bothering her and if she wasn't available to answer when we called, she always called us back quickly. We will definitely be using Heather to purchase our next home.

ZillowVERIFIED Heather is very responsive and helped me when I purchased my first home. When my husband and I sold his home we used her as well for the sale of that home. She is efficient, diligent, and great to work with. She's helpful and gives her honest opinion all while giving us room to make the decisions we wanted to make, unprovoked.
