I have dealt with numerous other real estate agents in the past, and while the service we received was adequate, Heather really stands out in the crowd. We always felt that she was honest and working towards our best interest. She often went above and beyond what was expected and made it a point to put the personal touch on our dealings. We live out of state and it was especially helpful to know we could rely on Heather to take care of details that were difficult for us to handle. Even after the purchase was completed, she has made it a point to help us in getting things done since we don't really know anyone out there yet. She has been here for a very long time, so she knows everyone and all the places too. I lived in California and had decided to move to the Page, AZ area. I looked at many houses on various online websites. When I called her on a spur of the moment, to look at houses, she worked it out. We found a house and she put in an offer for us. My boyfriend had some medical issues, so we had to back out of the deal.When I called her year later, she remembered us and was glad to show us some more houses. We traveled from California and found our dream house in Church Wells, Utah. We started the process while I was in California, so there were many emails, fax and phone calls. I was a first time buyer and had zero knowledge of how to buy a house. She walked me through every step. When our mortgage broker couldn't get us a loan on this particular kind of house, she helped us get financing through another company.Since she was also representing the seller, there was a lot of paperwork. She handled everything beautifully. I know it was a difficult sale since the seller had some issues with his paperwork. She was always there to make sure everything got taken care of.I can't say enough about Heather. I work with the public and I recommend her to anyone who will listen. We LOVE HER...LOVE HER...LOVE HER!!!
