Heather put me at ease immediately with her advanced preparation at our first meeting, deep knowledge of the current market, and her desire to get to know me as a person and to learn what my goals were. She knew exactly how the home should be prepared to show to its fullest potential to get the best offers. Many things needed to be done: clearing the home of personal items and 50 years of clutter, painting, floor re-finishing, code compliance work, etc. I was not to worry, as Heather has a team that schedules and coordinates everything. Throughout the process she demonstrated amazing compassion of the emotional journey I was going through in letting go of my childhood home.
