ZillowVERIFIED Jana and Heather from Monstera worked with us during the craziest summer of real estate (Summer 2021) and were SO thankful we found them and worked with them because we ended up buying the perfect home for us right now. I'm pretty detailed and expect a lot from professionals I work with and through the whole experience they delivered above and beyond. A couple of things to mention that just put them over the top - 1. We had a TON of showings - think 3 or 4 per day like 3 or 4x per week and I never felt rushed and with each showing they made sure to point out really important aspects about the house to consider. They know their stuff 2. After multiple offers not getting accepted and feeling a little desperate - we almost put in an offer for a house that wasnt really what we wanted, but Jana had our best interest in mind and asked us to really consider the house vs the things we told her from the beginning were important to us. It really meant a lot that she kept us grounded and didnt try to just get a sale. I just cant say enough good about Team Monstera - they are fabulous and take such great care of their buyers and sellers. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for the best realtors out there who know the market, are kind, fun, and make the home buying experience such a positive, even in a crazy market!
