As an expert in the Portland, Oregon real estate market, I have a passion for providing everyone I work with the information, advice, and help that is sought from a knowledgeable Realtor. I understand that real estate can defray taxes, how home buyers and sellers can leverage their hard-earned money, and how to provide individuals and families with homes they'll love. Having spent eight years of my professional life as a teacher, it seemed only natural to transition into a career of helping others learn and grow in the world of real estate. I have had a lifetime of experience observing my mother as a principal broker and my father as a contractor. They taught me many of the complexities of real estate, including buying, selling, and building real property. I have personally bought and sold real estate, rented property, purchased, and leased commercial property. I have learned that many of the hard-won lessons can only be obtained with personal experience. I now pass these lessons on to my clients.
