Absolutely a terrific group of people to work with. The whole Openshaw group treated us as family. Genuine and real. We did not feel as we were just another couple buying a home. Jack Cole, Marie Wilson were constantly communicating with us. This included if we left a message they would reach out in a very timely manner. We are talking weekdays, weekends, and nights and even if they were off, totally available. They both constantly would check in on their own as well to see how things are going, giving us updates and walking us through the process. They worked extremely well with our lender. Having only met Jack once back in February visiting the area, which we are super grateful we did, by chance we stopped at one of his open houses. Immediately he impressed us both. He was not pushy, however just gave us his contact information. When we decided to go with him and the Openshaw group we had no idea of the outstanding service we would get from day one until the end. Total transparency.
