She answered every phone call and text immediately, even after the process was done and I had a question. Heather was able to negotiate with my seller who was very set on their price. She knows a lot about Carlisle and the surrounding area but not everything about Harrisburg. However, I knew she would find the answers for me. Review Heather was my realtor when I was buying my first house. She walked me through the process from start to finish and made all appointments so it was as stress-free for me as possible. As a first time homebuyer, I had no idea until I started sharing my experience with others that Heather was provided service a step above many others. When I am ready to sell my house, Heather will get the listing. My neighbors had trouble selling their house, I recommended they call Heather and within a week (maybe a week and a half) the house was sold. I highly recommend her and would give her more than five stars (out of five) if possible as five doesn't really convey the full service experience she provides.
