I walked in knowing little to nothing about the process of buying a house, which always seemed like a rather large, daunting and complicated task. By October of last year I was in the house that I had loved from the start and I don't think it would've been possible without her. ZillowVERIFIED Heather sold our first house in 2007 in a declining market but still got us a great price. She then helped us find a smaller home. She spent a lot of time and effort, showing us several homes before we found one we liked. When we planned to sell that house this spring and downsize, we contacted Heather. She suggested a selling price a little higher than we anticipated, but we listed it with her. She gave a tour in 2 days and we had an offer for full asking price on the third day. That deal fell through when the buyers had "cold feet" and pulled out. She re-listed our house and had another offer for full price within 3 days. We just passed papers with those buyers. I would recommend Heather Miller to anyone, She is personable, professional and very hard working. She knows the Cape market and has a lot of resources.

ZillowVERIFIED I was very lucky when I reached Heather. Because I was out of state and this was the first time for me to own a 2nd home, I needed guidance on how to do this. Between the 2 of us, we managed by her going to see a site that I picked and taking pictures and emailing it to me and I would review and let her know what I thought. So, when I would go out on a weekend, she would have the weekend booked for me with open houses or agents to come and open. After several months, I was getting down and Heather said to keep the faith. Well, I did and next weekend out, on the 2nd house to see, I found the house, rather we found the cottage of my dreams. It was wonderful and as we were leaving to go put in an offer, Heather herself said if you don't like it I will take if off your hands. We both laughed and had a good time. She has stayed my friend despite my having to do an open sale (?) when the recession started and I retired. She bought the house and now owns it so I don't feel bad at all. She had done beautiful things to it and if you get a chance, take a look at 120 Bearses Way in Hyannis and you will see what I mean. She is a keeper!
