We had a range of interested buyers quickly and thorough e-mail communication about what each potential buyer did and did not like about our property. We had to fix several things in the house and Heather always took care of finding us people who did the job very well and at a reasonable cost. She would go to the house for us to take care of things so we would not have to drive all the way from New York to wait for a repairman. Even when we were on vacation close by, she still went to the house for us so our entire vacation was not spent taking care of the house (and we didnt even have to ask her to do it, she just said she would). Heather made things so much easier for me especially and for all of us. I definitely recommend her very very highly.

ZillowVERIFIED I contacted Heather Meagher by phone in mid-April 2012 while we were in Florida. We wanted to sell our house at The Hideout. Heather was recommended by someone whose real estate Heather had just sold. We discussed terms of the resale contract and what we expected. Time was of the essence because Memorial Day weekend was a good time for showings. Heather expedited everything via phone and e-mail. Our house had several showings and we went into contract on May 30 and closed on June 30, 2012. Heather was hands on and knew how to negotiate with an agent and clients who were very demanding. She was always a phone call away and completely responsive to our calls. Heather kept us up-to-date on all the negotiations and they required a lot of her time. Everything went according to schedule. Since this is a difficult market, we were realistic and priced our house to sell. Heather showed us the comparable houses at The Hideout and we made our decisions according to what we expected and what was possible.
