Great job on the front end market analysis, marketing, and aggressive getting people into the homenlive or virtually, even throughout the rental season. Excellent communication with notifications of every showing and 100% buyer feedback within 24-48 hours of each showing. They were aggressive about pricing and yet fluid and collaborative in reductions based on buyer feedback. We reduced the price by $150k, but the starting point made this ok and we landed in a sweet spot, getting 3 offers in 2 days, making the sale about 7% off of asking. They worked through the inspection and closing periods, firm but flexible. Granted it was a seller's market, but I think Heather and team got me the best possible outcome! I HIGHLY recommend Heather and team to sell your home!
