ZillowVERIFIEDIve bought & sold with Heather 4 times for myself and flips from 2011 to 2017. And shes my first call again this year as we begin a new sale & purchase. Shes a pleasure to work with at every stage. Its like house hunting with a friend who happens to know the answer to every question you might have. She truly cares about her clients and their happiness. Even as unexpected things happened that were out of our control, Heather helped us manage through it. She and her family have so much experience and back-up that they can handle anything and everything that you need quickly and be an incredible advocate for you.

ZillowVERIFIED Heather was seriously a dream to work with. My husband and I were on the hunt for our first home. I was also 7 month pregnant. We were under a tight timeline and Heather was wonderful, accommodating, and extremely helpful in the process. As new owners in a crazy market, she took the time to inform us on all the ins and outs so that there would be no surprises. We found our DREAM home and moved in a week before our little girl arrived. It has been so perfect and I truly can't imagine working with anyone else!

ZillowVERIFIED Heather was very helpful in the buying and selling experience and is the best realtor. We have been through the home buying process 4 times and we loved Heather so much during the buying process that we chose her again when it was time to sell the house too. Highly recommended!

ZillowVERIFIED Heather went above and beyond to make our relocation to CO as smooth and seamless as possible. She is both friendly and knowledgeable. It's because of her efforts and negotiation skills that we won a bidding war on our first-choice home.
