Heather was very knowledgable about each house we saw and came prepared to point out the pros and cons of each house. Heather's expertise in the market was evident, and she prepared accurate home comparables, which helped us during the negotiation process. Heather was super responsive and communicative throughout the entire process. Every step, from making offers to navigating inspections and paperwork, was explained in detail. We also wanted to get some work done before moving in and Heather provided numerous names of service providers and contractors -- she was an invaluable resource. Even after moving in, Heather has continued to be super helpful. Heather's expertise and resources were so helpful as first-time home buyers. We are so happy we had an opportunity to meet and work with Heather to buy our forever home. Much to our surprise we got an offer in 2 days and it was not even listet on the market. Once we had accepted the offer she was still there for us and not moving on to next house like we have had experienced prevoious realtors would do.
