Heather is an exceptional realtor. She stays in close communication and educated us on aspects of the process that we did not understand. She went above and beyond to negotiate a decrease in price that was significant. When mold was discovered under the crawl space when the inspection was done, she sent her mold remediation team to take a closer look and to document the extent of the mold , which was even worse than reported. The HOA is responsible to the exterior of the dwellings, and are often slow to respond. She shrewdly negotiated with the HOA to motivate them to solve the problem in a timely fashion.
