We discovered an attractive listing a little late. There was already considerable interest in the property. Heather understood we were serious buyers and showed us the cabin almost immediately. As soon as we toured the property and the cabin, we knew we wanted to purchase it. Heather provided great advice regarding what the bid needed to be. She immediately submitted our offer to the sellers realtor and within a few hours we had an agreement to purchase. Heather looked out for us at every step. This deal came together quickly and we couldnt be more thrilled. We highly recommend Heather.

Heather Howell is your last stop shop for realtors. I can say with 100% confidence that she takes great pride in finding people their dream home. Ive seen her work tirelessly with zero benefit to herself, other than to help people get where they long to be. If you are looking to buy the home youve always dreamed of, then look no further. She was very helpful on helping us buy our dream home in Texoma.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Heather helped us negotiate and buy a 5 acre tract of land in Kingston. More than willing to answer any questions weve had regarding properties for sale in Kingston. Very responsive about returning calls and texts. I would definitely recommend Heather to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
