Ingrid is professional, attentive, patient, knowledgeable and genuinely very pleasant to work with. She was available at all time to message or take a quick call to go over any inquired information. As a new home buyer, she had immense patience with me as I had lots of questions and at times, moments of doubt and uncertainty. She listened to all of my priorities in a property and did everything she could to send me options she thought would fit my expectations. As soon as we saw a property that perfectly aligned with all of our wants and needs, she was quick to communicate with the sellers and negotiated to get us a fair price and a plan to replace any amenities that were not up to standard.
