ZillowVERIFIEDHeather Hensley is my hero! I was referred to Heather by someone who asked if I would be interested in working with an real estate agent I could trust. Since I was purchasing this property from out of state, I needed someone I could rely on to guide me through every step of the process. Heather exceeded every expectation. She is not only knowledgeable and trustworthy, but she also went above and beyond to make what could have been a stressful experience feel manageable. I truly don't believe this purchase would have come together without her dedication, expertise, and persistence. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate agent who genuinely cares about her clients and works tirelessly to make everything come together. You couldn't ask for a better advocate in your corner. Thank you Heather!

ZillowVERIFIED Heather was super responsive and they're good at communicating. She was great at scheduling showings at short notice and with various time constraints. She was also really good at remembering the needs of our family and being upfront when certain houses might not meet those needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Heather is so positive and provides encouragement during the process. She was very accommodating with our needs for showings, then when Larry was in the hospital right before closing, she coordinated with the title company for us. We could not ask for a better realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED I wanted to purchase a small piece of property but didn't know where to start with paperwork and land transfers. Heather Hensley got back to me quickly and started right away. She explained what was needed and how she would get it done. The process took way less time than I thought it would take and she kept us updates throughout each step. I greatly appreciate her help and the smooth transaction.

ZillowVERIFIED Heather was an absolute joy to work with in the process of buying our home. She took such great care of us. She always met with us around our schedule, even if that meant going to a McDonald's at 9:30 pm. My wife and I could not be more satisfied with the job she did. I would recommend her to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Heather helped my wife and I (first-time home buyers) find a house in Bellefonte. She was absolutely wonderful and we could not be happier with the house. She was highly professional, responded to all of our calls and texts quickly (usually within minutes), and was extremely knowledgeable about Ashland. She was also very flexible and was able to set up appointments for us on the weekends, even on short notice. We probably looked at 10 or 12 houses (several of them twice), but she never made us feel pressured to put an offer in or to come up above our top price on the house that we did purchase. If you are buying or selling in the Ashland area, I highly recommend that you contact Heather!

ZillowVERIFIED Heather was very honest with us as we listed our house for the first time. She was knowledgeable of the real estate laws. Heather gave us great advice. She was always available and met us at our convenience and always kept us up to date on every new development along the way. She also helped us buy our new home! If we ever sell/buy again, we will definitely call Heather Hensley!

ZillowVERIFIED Heather is a pro. Very thorough, knowledgable, and detailed. Would hire her again without hesitation. We remodeled a house and she assisted in every step along the way. Once the house was listed we had an offer in less than 10 days.
