I absolutely loved Heather! She helped my husband and I so much in our process of buying our first home. From the viewing of the home until the closing. My boyfriend and I had been looking for a home for 11 months and Heather did an amazing job at making sure we got everything we wanted for our first home! She was very dependable and dedicated to helping us in this process! She never gave up on us even after looking at what felt like 20 homes. Overall good job but Heather needs to gain more experience working with lenders. Specifically VA lenders. I was more proactive in the search identifying homes that I wanted to see. Only a couple of homes were sent to my attention. Heather is seldom available on a weekend which was difficult for me working daytime hours during the week. Heather is new in Real Estate sales. With more experience she should do well.
