ZillowVERIFIED Heather did an amazing job helping me sell my home. She is very familiar with Lake Forest / Lake Bluff area. From the start, she offered simple yet efficient changes to help it show better that was very do-able and nothing too intensive to handle. Then it was priced competitively to attract many buyers which led to multiple offers. During open house she filled my home with small bouquets of flowers which she left for me as a gift. She did an excellent job fielding the offers and negotiating with the prospective buyers. She presented each offer to me in a pared down way after she had already sorted out the many details and pros and cons to streamline the process. Post inspection one small fix was needed with the gutter and she handled all that knowing how much stress a move already in in and of itself! She found the repairman, met him on the premises etc. I didn't do anything. She not only took care of my house, it felt like she took care of "me" as well during the challenging busy time of moving. Since we are moving out of state and renting, she even looked over my lease agreement for me even though she was not out agent out of state. I highly recommend her!

She is accessible via email and is so responsive via text, and willing to have a phone call at any time. She offered great advice on the best time to sell the parking spot, and was able to find multiple people interested in the parking spot. I would continue to work with Heather over and over again. Condo: Heather did an amazing job helping to sell my condo in the South Loop. She started communication and planning early on in the process by going to the unit herself and making recommendations that would help our chances of securing a buyer. Given the condo was vacant, she recommended we stage the condo and even provided a list of outstanding staging companies, which made such a difference in the pictures and various walk throughs with potential buyers. We also ran into some hiccups during the sale process, but Heather was always there to provide trustworthy advice. Heather is incredibly knowledgable of the marketplace, makes her clients feel comfortable with the process, and is highly accessible and a great communicator. This was my 4th time working with Heather, and I will continue to work with Heather on all future real estate needs. She is simply the best!
