Me and my wife reached out to Tony to start trying to find our new home. During the whole experience, which can be very stressful. Tony made us feel like we have known him since high school. I never doubted anything he said to me and everything we did was in my best interest. I only recall him missing one of my phone calls out of a hundred I'm sure. We just closed on our house today. We ran into a couple small problems with the sellers not fixing things correctly after our home inspection. Heather was a fierce negotiator, and got us more than we could have thought was possible. Tony ans Heather were there every step of the way. They attended multiple showings with us, even when we got picky and said no to a bunch of houses. Once our offer was accepted, they didn't stop working, we had a few hiccups on the sellers side, but they made sure to follow up on each one and make sure that we were very well taken care of. If you really need someone to negotiate in your best interests this is the team to choose.

Heather was absolutely amazing! She's very honest about setting goals, what's going on with the process, what to expect etc. Heather is very knowledgeable several areas and I'm sure she's knowledgeable about much more outside of what we discussed. She's very quick to respond, she will walk you through everything to make sure you understand and are comfortable with the process and decisions. She finds the absolute best deals, and will even work very hard to get the best deal for you while keeping you in the loop at all times. Heather and her team can make the process go so quickly if that's what you are wanting. She did absolute wonders for our family, within a month of doing our first walk through at our current house it only took a month to close! I will recommend her to absolutely everybody! Heather doesn't give up on her clients and treats them like friends rather than a client, she will see you as a person and will do her best to make your dreams become reality. After we closed and moved in I reached out with questions and she was very happy to help us even though it was late. She is truly the best realtor and has the best team working along side of her, they made the process way less stressful than we anticipated and would use them again if we ever move again.

Heather was out of town for part of the time that I was looking, but other agents from Fritch (Jason and Emily) totally stepped on and did showings for me. I only had 21 days to find a house, so the extra help was awesome. Heather was careful to make sure she was looking in areas where I was interested in living. Once I bought the house, Heather has been very helpful in referring people to help me with changes I wanted done on the house. Everyone has been very helpful. I just moved in now. Tony was great help from the beginning. We searched the market for pre owned homes and didnt have too much luck looking for what we wanted. After some searching, building became a discussion. Tony sat us down and priced out a build and to our surprise, it was more than doable. The Fritch Team helped us then search and find our land. The build was a great choice getting to pick our area and home how we wanted it. Throughout the process, we were able to do many parts of the build that we wanted to tackle ourselves which helped us save and make us feel very involved and apart of our new home. Overall it was great experience and we are more than happy to of been able to build for our first home while saving thousands over other builders and receiving great service and quality. We will continue to use Tony if ever needed in the future as well as recommend any Friends and Family.
