ZillowVERIFIEDIf you have the opportunity to work with Heather, take it! From day one she guided us easily through our home buying process. In addition to her wealth of real estate knowledge, she was available at any time for questions and provided us with fantastic resources to prepare for our purchase. She met with us on multiple occasions, often with little advance warning since we are from out of state, and went out of her way to help us even after the closing! Heather worked with us to negotiate a below list price for our purchase even in this COVID crazy market where it's almost unheard of. Add to that her amazing personality and you just can't go wrong! I'm (almost) sad our purchase is complete...we miss her.

ZillowVERIFIED Heather is a MVP no doubt. From the get go she was all in to help me find a home. Even with super short notice she set up showings and drove all around Connecticut to show me potential properties to purchase. She went to bat for me in this extremely hot real estate market and got me on my way to purchasing my first home! My offer was accepted I'm excited to finish the process with her on my side. If you want someone who knows the business and is truly invested in their clients, Heather should be your choice.

ZillowVERIFIED Look no further for a realtor. Heather is the person you want to handle your home buying/selling process. She is professional and very determined. She helped to sell our house in literally 2 days. Her plan is set from the beginning, she has a clear view of the market and can highlight pros and cons of your house. She wont be one of those realtors trying to get your business by aiming for big money (more than the house is worth). She will sell your house by doing a great marketing strategy and by showing it to as many possible buyers as possible, for the right price and a little more. She wont make you lose time, which for us was a very valuable asset. In short: she will work to sell the house and sell it before you even realize its done. Also, she is available basically always -and ready to solve any issue coming up during the whole process.Couldnt recommend anyone else!

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot say enough good things about Heather. From the moment we met with her to discuss the sale of our condo and what we were looking for in a new house, we knew she was the agent for us. She knew how to appropriately price our condo, had it on the market and sold within 2 weeks, and she stood her ground with the buyer's agent to get us the price we wanted. She got us quickly into every property we were interested in purchasing, was so helpful and knowledgable with the neighborhoods we were looking in, what things may need work, the potential in homes that people may overlook, and ultimately found us the home that was the perfect marriage of all that my husband and I were looking for. Through the ENTIRE process, Heather kept great communication with us, never missed a phone call or a text, and answered every single crazy question I may have had. She is one of the best!!! I would without hesitation recommend her to anyone and can't thank her enough for making what is one of the most stressful times in life go so smoothly.

ZillowVERIFIED Heather was beyond amazing with us being first time home buyers! We couldnt imagine having a different realtor! She was always available for showing and questions. We quickly became good friends and we see her as a friend not just our realtor. She helped us get our first home as a little family! Even after our closing shes always been helpful with questions. We would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home! We thank heather so much for all her help. She was so up front with certain homes as well she never tried to push us into something which sometimes I feel like certain realtors do. We love heather !!!

ZillowVERIFIED Heather helped us find a house when we moved from out of state, and we had no idea where to buy in. She directed us to a town with an excellent school district, low crime rate, and picturesque views. We are very happy with our purchase. ZillowVERIFIED I couldn't be more happy with the service Heather provided. Coming from out of state, it was hard to find a relator that would help me until I arrived in-state. I eventually found Heather and she was more then happy to help me out as I was moving up North. Heather has a great deal of knowledge and resources that helped me out on my first home purchase. After explaining to her on what I was looking for, Heather gave me a great list of homes available. I came across "the one" much faster then what I expected and I was very satisfied with the closing process. Do yourself a favor and call Heather.

ZillowVERIFIED Team Powerhouse was excellent! Dave was very patient taking us around to look at properties! He was very professional and knowledgeable taking us through the bidding process and requesting concessions from the seller. We got a great deal! If Dave was unable to answer questions because he was meeting with another client, Heather stepped in and helped - it was SEAMLESS! They stay in constant contact with each so they are aware of each clients status therefore, the client doesn't have to waste time bringing them up to speed with the transaction. What a pleasant surprise! Heather is equally as professsional and knowledgeable! They followed up on things for me that I thought I would have to take care of (I'm used to being a DIYer), but they did it all which saved me a lot of time. It really was a great transaction and I would use them again to buy or sell. Thanks Dave and Heather - your skills surpassed my expectations and you are both so pleasant to work with!

ZillowVERIFIED David and Heather assisted me in exactly what I needed to get my house sold. Under the current market conditions, our house had competition in our selling price range. Heather and David worked with me on pinpointing the best price to get the property sold quickly under my personal situation and desire to relocate fast. When we got an offer they worked hard on securing the customer and keeping her attention. I highly recommend both David and Heather to other potential clients with my utmost assurance on their work.

ZillowVERIFIED I recently had the wonderful experience of working with Heather of Team Powerhouse on the purchase of my first home. I have had the experience of working with other realtors in the past for different family members, but none were as knowledgeable about the area and housing market as Heather has been. She took my likes and dislikes into account and never tried to "stretch" my budget. The whole process was exponentially easier with Heather.Any time I had a question, she was there to answer it. She worked closely with both myself and the seller to work out any "kinks" that came up. Team Powerhouse is an asset to the real estate business and is highly recommended to anyone with real estate needs.
