Todd Riley will go above and beyond to help his clients. He is very helpful with suggestions to make your property sellable. He is always in a good mood, and very professional. His advice on managing, and staging our house to insure the best possible outcome, was invaluable. Our house sold in less than a week. We couldn't have been more grateful to Todd and his due diligence. The buyers were a dream, too. Todd only brought serious, pre-approved offers, which saved all parties time. Todd is an honest, and kind person. He was always available, if we had any questions, and made the selling of our house painless!

Heather Farquhar is the best realtor I have ever worked with. I had never worked with her prior to this purchase; her name came up in a search and I feel extremely lucky and thankful that it did. Heather helped me navigate a very competitive market and handled every curveball thrown at us along the way with great professionalism. She was extremely knowledgeable and responsive, usually responding to my (many) inquiries within an hour or two. Even today after we closed on our house, Heather is still available to assist with our questions. I cannot imagine the house-buying experience going more smoothly then the service that Heather was able to provide. I would definitely ask Heather to help me in the future and I would not hesitate to recommend her to my friends and family.

I'm so happy that Todd and Heather came into our life.My wife and I wanted to sell our home. We didn't know what to do. Todd was referred to us by a friend, who had a great experience with him. I called him and we scheduled a time to look at my home. The minute he stepped into my house, he had a vision for selling my home. Their photographer was amazing! The pictures they took were incredible! The images posted on Zillow were gorgeous. Great job guys!My home was put on the market on a Thursday and an Open House was set up for that weekend. An hour after putting the house on the market, we had buyers and realtors looking at the house all day Thursday and Friday. By the end of Friday we had multiple offers. By the end of the weekend of the Open House, we had so many offers pouring in. And the following week we had to decide which buyer was right for the house. And by the following week were in escrow.Amazing. Todd was very helpful and held guided us through the process. He was always a text or phone call away if I ever had a question or concern. And if he didn't pick up, he would return my text or call back as soon as possible.And all the way towards escrow and me pestering him everyday about how the escrow was going, and who the buyers were, and why isn't anything happening. Todd was there to assure me that it was a normal part of escrow process.Thanks Again Todd and Heather for all of your help. I would love for you and your team to represent us in the future.

What can I say about Heather? SHE IS AMAZING! We didn't know her prior to selling our home. When researching for a realtor, there was just something about her that seemed trustworthy. And boy am I glad I went with my instincts. I knew she was the one after just one convo with her. We had a very special situation where our home burned down and the rebuild was finally coming to a close. My husband and I decided to sell our home but we had already moved to another state. Heather took care of everything for us while we were in separate states. She was so caring and thoughtful. She was always available for me and answers all of my concerns immediately. She made the whole process so smooth and she always explained everything so well. She laid out our options and respected our decisions. She had multiple offers come in after just one open house and we sold the house for more than our asking price. Everything closed in about 30 days! Very impressive! I wish she could be our realtor as we look for our new home in NC. But I will refer her to everyone I can! Thank you Heather for everything! We appreciate you so very much!!!
