The process of selling real estate is loaded with vagueness; i.e.; establishing a selling price, negotiation with the buyer, interacting with title companies, estimators, and attorneys. The journey at times is unnerving. Heather Embrey made the process of selling uneventful, which is excellent! She managed the twists and turns and brought us to closing without difficulty. Approvingly recommended.

Heather helped us find our first home here a few years ago. Then she helped us sell it recently and buy another one closer to my new job. Both times she was patient and knowledgeable and she even kept our 5 year old daughter entertained! She is a great negotiator, stickler on details and even had the closing costs lowered a second time, while we were at the closing. I would recommend her to everyone a million times over!

Heather is a fine realtor, in my view a cut above. She has much expertise about the region, and provided great insight. I really appreciated how she respected our wishes on renting vs selling, just providing to us her insight without pushing us one way or the other. I also found very helpful her advice on which items in our townhome warranted upgrade vs others that did not. The townhome rented quickly, and she effectively presented the potential renters to us so that we could make an informed decision. I highly recommend her.
