Heather is a fine realtor, in my view a cut above. She has much expertise about the region, and provided great insight. I really appreciated how she respected our wishes on renting vs selling, just providing to us her insight without pushing us one way or the other. I also found very helpful her advice on which items in our townhome warranted upgrade vs others that did not. The townhome rented quickly, and she effectively presented the potential renters to us so that we could make an informed decision. I highly recommend her.
