ZillowVERIFIED One night I decided it was time to look at some homes - I clicked the Zillow link to aEUR~schedule a showing and within minutes my phone rang. We chatted briefly and met within a few days to look at the first (of many) single family homes. She is very friendly and tunes in to what you want in a home. Admittedly I had a lot of fun touring houses with Heather. Shes familiar with the area and delivered comps as well as contacting me when new listings popped up. I'm glad she was patient as well. Patient with me as a buyer trying to cheap out. She stuck with me while I looked through junky catpiss trap houses (she smiled the entire time) thinking I could settle for something of lesser quality than my previous home. She stuck with me until I realized I wasnt going to be happy unless I checked all my boxes. We finally found a house within my budget that had everything I needed. Even when my financing fell through, she was able to recommend a local mortgage company that wouldnt give me as many problems. *PENNYMAC is trash & avoid them at all costs - well save that for another story* overall Heather met all my needs and put up with my nonsense all the way from first showing to sitting at the closing table at the title company. I cant thank her enough and would strongly recommend reaching out to her if youre in the market for a home/property in Williston (and surrounding areas, I'm sure)
