ZillowVERIFIED As a first time homebuyer Heather made this process as smooth as possible and easy. She showed us houses that either met all of our criteria or had a large portion of it. She was attentive to our needs, and listened to our concerns. Very responsive and worked hard. I would higly recommed her as a real estate agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Heather assisted us in not only finding our perfect dream home out in the country but then helping us sell our house fast for top dollar. Once we found our forever home we were able to receive multiple offers on our listing and had a sense of ease because Heather replies immediately to all messages and works her tail off to get any and all answers. Can't believe how lucky we were to work with such a determined and like-minded real estate agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Heather is awesome to work with. I have purchased two properties with her assistance, my personal home and an investment property. The service I received from Heather was top notch regardless of price point or location. Heather is incredibly responsive and was quick to get me into homes when it was convenient for me. As a buyers agent Heather worked hard throughout the process including after the sale was complete. I value her efforts and feel she represented my best interest at all times.

ZillowVERIFIED Heather was our realtor and should be the one that EVERYONE calls for their home buying needs. I was out of state at the time and she made me feel like I was right next to her when we were looking for a home to purchase. She went beyond what was expected to help us and explained everything to where we understood it. (we were first time buyers) I would recommend her 100 percent!

ZillowVERIFIED Heather is truly amazing! She is a pro in every sense of the word and kind to boot! Her knowledge of the area is great, and she has such a sharp eye for detail when walking through houses - her experience really shines through. Heather is so communicative and has been there for us every step of the way, even after the sale was complete. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

ZillowVERIFIED Heather was recommended to us by our previous realtor from VIRGINIA. I'm an active duty military member, and moving across the country is always a challenge, let alone purchasing a house! When we first arrived to Kansas, due to my own trepidation at looking at houses while attempting to sell my house in Virginia, I hadnt told Heather I was arriving because I was still on the fence. When Id finally reached out and wanted to look at houses, Heather was out of town (my fault) but she quickly got with a fellow agent to show us around in her absence. Once Heather was back in town and we found a place we loved, she was resourceful in providing a plethora of options to make the buying experience a smooth one.If youre looking to purchase a house in the Kansas City / Lansing area, I highly recommend Heather for her professionalism and care given to the buyer.

ZillowVERIFIED Heather made the difficult job of buying a house for the first time what it should be.... fun and exciting. She made us feel heard and deserving of the home we desired; Never losing patience working around our schedules, budget or our thousand questions. Our market was extremely difficult yet she was always positive and reassuring, saying "Your house is out there, we'll find it!" Heather is an excellent communicator, keeping you informed and offering her expertise when we had none. We truly feel like we've made a friend (our 3 year old just adores her). We can't thank her enough and have already told friends and family about her. If you need an agent, she is one of the elite! Thanks again Heather :)

ZillowVERIFIED I can't recommend Heather enough as a realtor! She went above and beyond for our family to get our dream home. We were buying from out of state and when I saw a house that I loved had come back on the market, she said that she would be able to set a time to see it the next day and get videos for us. I was completely okay with that and excited but 10 minutes later she called me to tell me she was on her way to see it now. She took 5 videos of the house for us and we loved it! We were able to put in an offer the same day it came back on the market and luckily for us our offer won out from another offer that same day. If Heather hadn't gone out of her way to see the house the same day it was relisted, we might not be sitting in it right now. We are so grateful! Heather makes you feel like you are working with a friend and that you are important. She never rushes you and answers every question or concern you may have. Her communication skills are stellar, she is kind and relatable and she is very knowledgeable on the business side of things. Don't hesitate to use Heather, she's the best there is out there!

ZillowVERIFIED Heather is awesome to work with! She was always on top of everything and made our process easy. She communicated with us every step of the way from the home search to closing. Even after funding of the loan she has been there communicating with the listing agent answering questions we have on our new home.

ZillowVERIFIED Heather is responsive and quickly notified me of properties that matched my location/price range. When I wanted to put an offer on a house, she worked very quickly to get the e-contract to me and notified the seller's agent of my forthcoming offer (which helped me get ahead of other offers in a lightning-fast buyer's market). She's really easy to work with and helpful. I would definitely recommend her to all my friends and family.

ZillowVERIFIED Heather sold my Aunts house in St. Joseph after her unexpected death. Heather located repairmen, maids, checked the house to make sure repairs were completed and mailed items to me that I had forgotten. She also negotiated and sold the house for a great price. I will definitely use her again!!
