Both Eric and Heather did a very good job of marketing the condo unit and of handling the showings. The area that we thought was questionable was the buyer not willing to prorate the monthly maintenance fees. We had paid the fees ahead and the buyer said since we did pay ahead we had already intended to pay so the remaining month of fees should not be reimbursed to the seller. We allowed it but our feeling is, if we are prorating fees, taxes etc. that benefit both buyer and seller then we should do the same with all fees and taxes. That said we were pleased to have the Hamman Team represent and sell or Condo unit.
