ZillowVERIFIEDWe are very thankful for Heather! She helped us find a wonderful starter home in a great neighborhood. She helped us sell that home 5 years later and made the process as painless as possible. She was very easy to keep in contact with.

Not only did she secure a sale on my home in less than a day, but her post-closing diligence has ensured a completely stress-free transition. ZillowVERIFIED We interviewed a couple of agents before deciding to work with Heather. Her knowledge of the market for our home was spot on. I think she was more confident it would sell quickly than we were. And she was correct. We had an offer in 3 days! She was great to work with through the whole process - always responsive, positive, and professional. Highly recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED Heather was amazing. She was super prompt and responsive. A joy to work with 100% would do it again (but shouldn't have to because she helped us find the perfect place). It really felt like she was on our team and rooting for us to find the perfect place even step of the way.

ZillowVERIFIED Heather was absolutely amazing. There arent enough words to describe how truly grateful we are that we had her help and expertise during this process. She is extremely knowledgeable and is very low pressure. She took the time to make sure we were happy and comfortable. My husband and I have weird schedules but she was incredibly flexible with us and truly made us feel seen, heard, and important. ZillowVERIFIED I am honored to offer my highest recommendation for Heather Cline, who recently assisted my family in selling my grandmother's house. As someone living in a different state, and with my mother acting as the trustee, even beginning the process was daunting. However, Heather's expertise and dedication made it seamless. From our initial contact, Heather displayed exceptional professionalism and communication skills, keeping us informed every step of the way. In addition to keeping both of us updated, what set her apart was her proactive approach to reducing a significant Medicaid lien on the property. Though this was beyond her obligations, she took the initiative, ultimately saving us several thousand dollarsaEUR"a gesture we deeply appreciate. She was not only knowledgeable about the market but also provided invaluable guidance in preparing the house for sale, ensuring it showcased its full potential. The entire process from listing to closing was handled with remarkable efficiency, consideration and care, reflecting Heather's dedication and commitment to her clients. I wholeheartedly recommend Heather Cline to anyone in need of a dedicated, competent, and compassionate real estate professional. Thank you, Heather, for going above and beyond and making the entire experience incredibly positive.

ZillowVERIFIED Heather right from the beginning had given very good advise to make the sale of our family home successful. We initially tried to sell for sale by owner but were not successful. Heather guided us as we prepared for a the showing of our family home; the first day the home was showed it sold in 1 hour. I believe Heathers strengths helped us so much to have the price right for the sale. Always Heather was available to talk to as we were waiting for the closing of the home. Mostly Heather is so professional and very pleasant to work with. Highly recommend Heather to list your home.

ZillowVERIFIED I am so thankful that someone referred Heather to me. She went above and beyond many times over and I know I would not have been able to sell my home and find a home I loved without her. I was faced with buyers changing their minds on more than one occasion, and she stood by my side and guided and advocated for me through a potentially very difficult process. She was always responsive, gentle, and supportive and now feels like family to me. I would recommend her to anyone and if there is a Realtor of the Year award...she should receive it.

She worked with us from September of 2022 all the way through September of 2023 to help us find and get our perfect home. She made everything so easy to understand, and easy to do. We always felt like we knew exactly what was going on, and where we were in the house buying process. Her recommendations for services (home inspection, etc) were also excellent. ZillowVERIFIED I am very happy with how Heather conducted not only professional attitude, but she also expressed her kindness as a friend would do. I had bad experiences with other realtors, and I expressed this to her, and she took extra care in the process. She recommended people to help with the work that needed to be done to the house. If I had a million dollars to give her I would. Thats how valuable she is to her craft.

ZillowVERIFIED Heather was great from start to finish! She answered any questions I had (and there were a lot) and she always got back to me quickly and helped me with anything I needed during the process. We started with viewing some houses while we got my original house ready to go on the market. We found the one we wanted right away so we had to rush to get our house on the market and sold within the time frame and Heather got the word out fast. We ended up meeting the sale deadline and she facilitated all of the communication for us and made it super easy.

ZillowVERIFIED Heather recently helped us find our first home (Sept 2022). We had been looking for several years but found the market to be very difficult for buyers. We had worked with another agent previously but were unimpressed and rather gloomy about our chances of ever finding a home. We met with Heather after being referred to her by our banker and were excited by her optimism. She took the time to really understand what we wanted and showed us several options she thought would be a good fit. Sure enough, the first house we went to see with her we made an offer on. We had seen the house before but had dismissed it based on the pictures. Sure enough, Heather seemed to know we were missing out and took us out for a tour. We were pleasantly surprised! After making the offer, we had a hard time getting the seller and seller's agent to accept but Heather kept working diligently to get us our home. My wife and I are convinced if it wasn't for Heather the purchase never would have gone through nor would it have gone through for a price we could be happy about. She worked to keep us motivated and worked hard to get us the house we wanted. Before we signed the offer on the house, we also took several tours, including tours to bring out various contractors. Heather was always more than willing to come out whenever we needed her, including an occasion where we needed her multiple times in one day and a time when we needed her later at night. Heather works tirelessly for her clients and really is a real estate advisor/expert aEUR" not just a salesperson like some agents. Don't bother with the rest when you can work with the best....Heather Cline that is!

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I had quite the roller coaster during our home buying and selling process (we did both at the same time). Long story short, we had a home under contract with a close date, so we sold our house. The day of closing, the sellers backed out and we were back to square one, except this time, we were under a deadline to get out of our house. Heather worked tirelessly to find houses and get us into those houses quickly (some we were in the same day they were listed). I literally bothered Heather every single day for like 4 months. She was amazing the entire time; completely understanding and is definitely a go-getter! She would do anything we needed ASAP and stayed on top of the different sellers we worked with. Always followed up on outstanding items and ensured everything was handled - she killed it with negotiations between the parties. She can be firm when she needs to be. She definitely will work for you and keep your best interests at the forefront of everything. Absolutely amazing woman!!

ZillowVERIFIED Heather was great from start to finish! I moved over 500 miles away before the house sold. The app she used helped me to keep track of who was in my home and why.Unfortunately, someone let a bird into my home during a showing. It was trapped and the evidence was clear that it tried to escape. A quick phone call and it was resolved...above and beyond! All agreements were handled electronically, as well as closing. I was able to take care of everything from my cell phone. A family member has also been very satisfied with Heather. In fact, Heather helped with 2 purchases and will be handling an upcoming sale. No matter which side of the transaction, buyer or seller, Heather is there for you as a client.

ZillowVERIFIED Heather was absolutely wonderful to work with! She's been helping us search for the perfect home for the past 2 years, and we've finally found it! If it hadn't been for her inside knowledge of the upcoming listing, we never would've been able to get our dreamhome. She got us in for the very first showing & helped us land the deal. She's super easy to talk to and a breeze to get ahold of with a simple text. Being able to ask her questions via text and submit offers electronically was a godsend when we were down to the wire. Additionally, as we shopped around for our mortgage lender, Heather's recommendation for a lender actually got us the best interest rate & deal! I highly recommend Heather, and we're definitely having her sell our homes after we move!
