I had the most amazing realtor, Heather Casey, who I cannot thank enough for all she did to help me get the condo ready by providing suggestions for new light fixtures, flooring, what should be repaired/replaced (if anything), etc., in each room before putting the condo on the market and finding a buyer during this very uncertain time, which I never thought would happen, yet Heather had great confidence we would get the condo sold. We had our first showing March 15 and 15 days later, on March 30, Heather called with an offer!!! Even with COVID-19 restrictions/issues with the township and other businesses, we went from offer to closing in 46 days. Heather was always available to answer my questions/concerns and guide me along the way!!! Heather was great in communicating with me throughout the entire process so that I was aware of what was happening (or not happening) and she would ensure she was in contact with the buyer's realtor and my attorney as well to obtain updates and then would pass them along to me. I plan to call on Heather again when my husband and I look for our "retirement home" in the near future!!! She's the BEST!!! ZillowVERIFIED The house we sold was my mother's and there was still some stuff left, including 25 year old carpets. Heather and I met there one day and she was in her fancy professional wardrobe and I was in jeans and a dirty t-shirt because I was cleaning and arranging. She suggested that I pull up the carpets so that the hardwood floors were more visible- and then she rolled up her sleeves and helped me do it, heels and all. It was one of the most remarkable experiences I've ever had with a professional. And professional Heather is! On time, precise, compassionate, generous, and most importantly, genuine. She held my hand throughout the whole difficult and confusing experience- right up through the harrowing closing which had to happen in the first couple of weeks of the coronavirus pandemic. This lady is aces, you don't want anybody else.
