She coordinated the sale of the property with the seller, our attorney, the sellers attorney, inspections, and all other parties. Even after the sale was complete and we had moved in she continued to keep in touch and help us understand the local community and supplies with resources we needed.

She even came to my house to personally help me do some repairs before hand the day of my open house I had several offers two of them cash. I accepted an offer three days later. She is now helping the buyer rent the downstairs as it is a two family. Allison is knowledgeable of the area.
