We were glad we followed through and got her for our search. Prior to coming to town, Heather kept us up to date on the currect listings on the market with our specific needs in mind. When we came to town for our first look, she had selected homes that hit the mark. She really understood our needs and concerns and had homes to view with that in mind. We fell in love with the first house we saw which had another offer on it. We made an offer that day and Heather went to work to make sure our offer was submitted before the deadline. After our offer was accepted and the inspection was held, Heather was great in negotiating for us to see that we got everything fixed on our list. Heather personally was great to work with. She has a great sense of humor and was fun to be around. Yet when it came time to go to work, she was all business and very professional. We highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED I lived in Washington State at the time and was wanting to purchase a home in Montana as my retirement home. I figured now was the time to find a realtor in the area that would help me achieve my dream. I started browsing the all the different realtors on Zillow and came across Heather. I wanted someone local, with significant time in the business, and not associated with one of the huge Realty Corporations. I was looking for that individual service that didnt make me feel like just another number. Boy did I hit the jackpot with Heather. She was genuinely excited to hear my story and help me with finding that perfect home, the one that checked all the boxes I had. I sent her a written description of all my boxes along with example pictures so she had a good understanding on how to filter the listings. Heather explained to me that because the home I wanted was not in town but was out into the mountain areas, inventory of available homes was low. It was the beginning of March and still very much winter there. She said May or June before inventories typically rise. I didnt want to hear that but she was right, made sense to me. A few days later I was shopping on Zillow and came across a home that I could not believe. It pretty much checked all my boxes. It?s a feeling thats hard to describe, you just know thats the one when you see it. I immediately texted Heather. Her response was great. Simply, Im on it. From that point on, things moved pretty quickly. Heather new exactly what was needed and when it was needed and what comes next. One of the great things about Heather is that she is very good about explaining any part of the process I didnt understand, and I had a lot of questions. She actually complemented me on the number of questions and that they were very thoughtful questions. I was just trying to learn and she understood that. There was a lot of back and forth documentation wise and Heather helped me through all that. Unfortunately I had made the mistake of choosing an out of state lender to fund a small portion of the cost, and the underwriter for that company ran everybody through the ringer. Not something Heather or anyone else involved had ever seen before but we were too deep in with them to pull out. Everyone, and I mean everyone were stressed, but thats a different review for a different company. Heather kept telling me that everything would work out and try not to stress too much. Ultimately she was right again and it all came together, albeit at the last minute. Heather is your typical working mom. More than once she would answer my call or text while picking up her kids or at some family function. Wither it was then or later, she always responded to my calls. It was her down home-ness that separated her from the Corporate person. She is an AAA+ realtor and an even better person. I couldnt recommend her any more. Shes the best.

ZillowVERIFIED Heather was the best thing that could have happened to us in our search for a home! My husband and I came to Missoula for a long weekend, in hopes of finding a home. We were on a major time crunch, because I was expecting a baby in a month, so if we were going to be able to move to Missoula, we had to find a house that weekend. We quickly discovered that the market in Missoula is extremely competitive, especially in the price range we were looking. Heather was aware of this and moved very fast to set up viewings for us, and when the time came that we found a house we loved, she helped up come up with a competitive offer that day, which was good because there were 9 other offers in on the house! Heather went above and beyond, negotiating our offer and communicating our situation to the sellers. In the end, they picked our offer! We really owe it to Heather, she was so amazing! This was our first home and she walked us through the whole process, explaining everything to us in a way we understood and were able to feel informed every step of the way. Heather was so supportive and friendly. She helped us get plugged into the community, giving recommendations for doctors, helping us get utilities set up, etc. We also had some holdups with the bank right before closing, which left us stranded in a hotel for over a week with all our belongings baking in the hotel parking lot in a uhaul during a heat wave. That was such a stressful situation, but Heather called almost every day to see how we were doing, asking if she could help in any way, and if we needed anything to let her know; her thoughtfulness meant so much to us and helped to relieve some of the stress! I really cannot recommend Heather highly enough!
