ZillowVERIFIEDA very helpful and respectful man, something that might be commonly said but I mean every word when he helped me through tough situations and was very patient. There were times where I felt like a bother due to me going out to sea but Heath was patient and even helped me sort out stuff while I was gone so that it could be done very easily whether it was before I had to go or after I came back from my duty, truly somebody that I could rely on.

ZillowVERIFIED I dont even know where to start. Heath is that good. My husband and I were in the market to purchase real estate in the Colleton county area and we were referred to Heath by our buyers agent in the Charleston area. We had no idea what we wanted in reality and he was patient with us and spent countless hours taking us to see houses, multi family units, mobile homes, raw land, etc. Heath is extremely familiar with the area and had an answer/ solution to every question we had. Its also a plus that he knows basically everyone in town. He went above and beyond his responsibilities as our real estate agent. He truly wants to be sure you find what your looking for and is not just trying to get you to make a purchase. We NEVER felt pressured to make a decision. Heath treated us as friends. We will be using Heath again in the future and we highly recommended his services.

ZillowVERIFIED Heath is the BEST realtor, hands down!! He is caring and super easy to talk to, and he makes you laugh!! Great guy and a great experience! We listed our home with Heath and he was helpful in regards to the listing price. Our home was shown twice in one day, and both showings produced offers. We were in a multiple offer situation, which was great for us as sellers. Heath informed us that the potential buyers were told to bring their best offers to the table. He sold our home within 5 days of being listed! He walked us through this transition and kept us informed every step of the way!!!!
