Hazel Perez

Hazel has been working on behalf of real estate buyers and sellers for more than 15 years, handling the sale and leasing of exclusive properties in prime locations. As a proud Angeleno, she offers clients significant knowledge about the various enclaves that comprise Greater Los Angeles. In addition to local familiarity, she is able to assist in identifying strategic investment opportunities and consults with clients on how to obtain the best results based on their short-term and long-term objectives.

Hazel's business philosophy is grounded in providing innovative solutions to clients' real estate needs. She places a strong emphasis on being genuine, resourceful, and personally vested in the success of her clients. She consistently provides a high level of service built on integrity, discretion, and accessibility.

Hazel got her start in sales after graduating from college, where she mastered the tenets of customer service, responsiveness and listening to client needs. In 2004 she successfully transitioned her remarkable skills to luxury real estate, working in Boston, Dubai and Los Angeles. She is organized, focused, knows how to negotiate on behalf of clients, and perseveres until succeeding in highly competitive markets.

Fluent in Spanish, Hazel moved to California from El Salvador in 1979 and grew up in West Los Angeles. She graduated from Mount St. Mary's College in Brentwood with a double major in Philosophy and Political Science. Hazel loves to travel, having visited more than 24 states and 32 countries. She also enjoys cultural activities and her favorite sports teams - the Lakers, Rams, and Red Sox. She lives with her family and a "mini zoo" of rescue animals (cats, dogs, and birds).
